If Britney gets a museum I think the Backstreet Boys should get one too.

Today marks the day I started going out with Eitel two years ago. I met Eitel online in IRC while I was at PSU and when I moved to Michigan after accepting a job offer he followed me (ok now all at the same time.. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaw). He got me Father of the Bride on DVD (I love that movie) and I got him some clothes. I love him very very much and don't know what I would do without him (what would I eat?? He's the one that cooks..j/k)

Another one for Cease and desist 101.. He got the letter from the lawyers at the Betty Ford Center. They think that he is taking advantage of their name to get more hits. He is making no money off the site, nor he is insulting the center. This is getting out of hand.. cybersquatting my @$$

I pay more on Ameritech's phone charges than on AT&T's long distance charges. A $3.28 cut is not going to make that much of a difference to me.
This may come in handy at work tomorrow:
Useful Expressions To Use At Work
I'm trying to imagine you with a personality.
Let me show you how the guards used to do it . . .
You look like shit. Is that the style now?
Aw, did I step on your poor little bitty ego?
And your cry-baby whiny-assed opinion would be . . . ?
Not the brightest crayon in the box now, are we?
Did the aliens forget to remove your anal probe?
Sarcasm is just one more service we offer.

British Telecom believes that it owns a 14-year old US patent on the WWW hyperlink technology and wants to see if it can start collecting money from American ISPs because of it. If this is true, I think it will be interesting to see how they will pursue the $$$

One more thing to do in one of the sections and the whole domain will be layout-coordinated. Won't do it now though, WWF is on. The tables in some of the pages align funny in Netscape, that green vertical line sometimes shows up and sometimes it doesn't. But I don't feel like fixing it so deal with it! :P At least it's readable.
This is the virus that caused the mail servers at work to be shutdown. And I only got one on my mailbox.
I must've clicked on Publish around twenty times in the last hour (fixing something on the layout) and only one shows up in the last updated list at Blogger? wtf... :P
New virus on the run. If you get an email with the subject jokes, funny, very funny; it says something like male and female life stages and has an attachment ending in txt.shs (shs extension will be hidden in Windows) do not open.. delete it!! It propagates through mIRC, Pirch, Outlook and network drives.

Finally.. after many times of clicking on Publish to see which links I missed, the new layout is up. It looks better in 1024x768 in my 19" monitor and Internet Explorer, but you can see it fine in Netscape 4.7 and 800x600 (anything lower than this is just not acceptable.. get a new video card or monitor!)

I don't think y'all care what I did today.. so here it is anyways. Me and my fiancé went out to eat at Benihana. Then we drove to Borders and I bought myself the movie Ever After in DVD (we no longer get the 33% employee discount in dvd movies, just a 15% which happens to be more expensive than the sale price). While driving around in Ann Arbor I saw a Baskin Robbins and decided to stop and get some Mint Chocolate ice cream and finally, 6 hours later, I got home.
Everytime I go grocery shopping to Farmer Jack, they never ever have Rolo in the shelves. Not the single ones, not the ones in the bag. It seems to be a pretty popular chocolate around here.

Now that I think about it, Angelina Jolie is not going wacko, she is wacko! Why would you marry someone like Billy Bob whatever-his-last-name-is?
I love the horizontal scrolling in fcuker.com
I managed to live two days without blogging. How did I do it? By not sitting in from of the pooter.. instead I sat in front of the tv. ;-)

What's up with all these referrals coming from porn pages? I think thecounter has some kind of agreement with them.
Some people are sick. I can't believe they will attack various women in the middle of Central Park during the day. I hope they get caught soon and while at it somebody should castrate them.
I know someone was asking for a spellchecker for their sites, and this might just do it.

Obviously I'm not the only one complaining about the gas prices these days. Is there a competition going around to see who can keep the price for the least amount of time? I go to work in the morning and it's $2.03/gal, go out for lunch and goes up to $2.09/gal HELLO!!! And yeah, I spent $20 to fill up my Escort. Someone on the radio said that she spends $100 every 3 days to fill up her Suburban (why would someone want to drive a Suburban to work baffles me but hey.. not my problem)

What's up with all these US agencies losing important secret information? The latest: Secret nuclear information missing from Los Alamos lab
The US average national retail price for unleaded gasoline is $1.631 (a record high) but around here in Michigan you can get it for $1.99-$2.15 per gallon. auch! And I have to fill up tomorrow
Well.. the Department of Justice has been very busy with antitrust laws lately, now they are taking Visa and MasterCard to court. They argue that MC and VS tried to shutdown competition by prohibiting banks from issuing competitor's cards.

I finally got my butt out of bed and went to Cedar Point yesterday. Got there at 11am and decided to go straight to Millennium Force and there was a two and a half hour queue line, which I can handle. But more than half of the line was spent under the sun at 90ºF with no water/soda vending machines near sight. When we finally made it to where they were selling the water, 3 people had to be taken out of the line because they got dizzy and exhausted.
Besides that, it was worth the wait (not sure if it was worth getting sun burt like I haven't in years). It was a smooth ride even though you reach 92mph! Then we rode on Raptor, Blue Streak, Power Tower and played a couple of games. We decided to go one more time in MF but they weren't letting anyone in so we went to Mantis instead. But with all the heat and sun, I was dead tired by 6pm and decided to go home (two hour highway drive). Needless to say I've spent all day today sleeping and complaining that my shoulders hurt.

For those living in Michigan..
You Might Be From Michigan If:
1. You define summer as three months of bad sledding.
2. You think Alkaline batteries were named for a Tiger outfielder.
3. You can identify an Ohio accent.
4. Your idea of a seven-course meal is a six pack and a bucket of smelt.
5. Owning a Japanese car was a hanging offense in your hometown.
6. You know how to play (and pronounce) Euchre.
7. The Big Mac is something that you drive across.
8. You believe that "down south" means Toledo.
9. You bake with soda and drink pop.
10. You drive 86 on the highway and you pass on the right.
11. Your Little League baseball game was ever snowed out.
12. You learned how to drive a boat before you learned how to ride a bike.
13. You know how to pronounce "Mackinac".
14. The word "thumb" has a geographical rather than an anatomical significance.
15. You have experienced frostbite and sunburn in the same week.
16. You expect Vernors when you order a ginger ale.
17. You know that Kalamazoo not only exists, but that it isn't far from Hell.
18. Your favorite holidays are Christmas, Thanksgiving and the opening of deer season.
19. Your snowmobile, lawn mower and fishing boat all have big block Chevy engines.
20. At least one person in your family disowns you for the week of the Michigan vs. Michigan State football game.
21. Your year has two seasons: Winter and Construction.
22. Traveling coast to coast means driving from Port Huron to Muskegon.
23. Half the change in your pocket is Canadian, eh.
24. You show people where you grew up by pointing to a spot on your left hand.
25. If you own a convertible car and the top is down as long as it's not snowing or raining (well a light sprinkle never hurt anyone).
So... I know most of them so I guess I'm officially a Michigander (Michiganian?)

Silver, I agree with you, Coke rules!!! Pepsi sucks... and I am so SICK of that little, annoying, repulsive little girl. At first the comercials were kinda cute but now is just getting out of hand.
I swear that tomorrow I will get up early to go to Cedar Point so I can finally ride the Millennium Force coaster. yeah baby yeah!

I want to see Titan AE, X-Men, The Patriot, The Perfect Storm and Pokémon the Movie 2000 (yes I like Pokémon, I actually get up every Saturday morning to watch all three episodes in the WB network)
I was listening to the Howard Stern show this morning waiting for Enrique Iglesias to prove that he can sing. He sang three times and yes, he did a good job. The whole show was hilarious today, bunch of media trying to get in to see Kike Church sing but Howard didn't let them. He is evil! >:)
I know we shouldn't complain about the increases in gas prices since ppl in Europe pay two or three times as much as we do, but when you are used to filling up your Escort with $10US and suddenly it's costing you $20US, it kills your tight budget. I'm just glad I don't have an SUV like the Ford Excursion
Ameritech sucks!!! They are having some network problems and whole metro Detroit area is down (since 4pm EST). Everything is down: DSL, dial-up, isdn, mail. So now I'm connected through MCI at 44kps and I can't handle the slowness!! Having a DSL line spoils you so much that when something like this happens going back to 56k modem is like going to hell.

I stopped at Sears to pay my credit card bill and ended up buying a 19" monitor that was on sale. New toy to play with. Now my 1024x768 looks like 800x600 ;-)
Another joke received via email:
Top 10 things Not To Say To A Cop when you get pulled over
10. Sorry, Officer, I didn't realize my radar detector wasn't plugged in.
9. Do you know why you pulled me over? Okay, just so one of us does.
8. You're not gonna check the trunk are you?
7. I was trying to keep up with traffic. Yes, I know there are no other cars around. That's how far ahead of me they are.
6. I thought you had to be in relatively good physical condition to be a police officer.
5. Officer says, "Son, Your eyes look red, have you been drinking?" You respond with, "Officer, your eyes looked glazed, have you been eating donuts?
4. Hey, you must've been doin' about 125 mph to keep up with me. Good job!
3. Gee, Officer! That's terrific. The last officer only gave me a warning too!
2. Aren't you the guy from the Village People?
l. I can't reach my license unless you hold my beer.

Young Americans want sex, no weddings - I knew this already and didn't spend tons of money doing some research. This does not necessarily means that I just want sex. nope.. I want to get married, have a family, buy a house, thing like that. But a little sex here and there is not going to hurt me >:)
I thought the first episode of Real World 9 was tonight but I guess it's next Tuesday. I watch it whenever I can remember and because usually there is nothing interesting on tv Tuesday nights
I don't drink coffee but I thought this was funny:
You know you are addicted to coffee if...
You grind your coffee beans in your mouth.
You sleep with your eyes open.
You have to watch videos in fast-forward.
The only time you're standing still is during an earthquake.
You can take a picture of yourself from ten feet away without using the timer.
You've worn out your third pair of tennis shoes this week.
Your eyes stay open when you sneeze.
You chew on other people's fingernails.
The nurse needs a scientific calculator to take your pulse.
You can type sixty words per minute with your feet.
You can jump-start your car without cables.
You don't sweat, you percolate.
You walk twenty miles on your treadmill before you realize it's not plugged in.
You forget to unwrap candy bars before eating them.
You've built a miniature city out of little plastic stirrers.
Instant coffee takes too long.
You channel surf faster without a remote.
You have a picture of your coffee mug on your coffee mug.
You short out motion detectors.
You don't even wait for the water to boil anymore.
You help your dog chase its tail.
You soak your dentures in coffee overnight.
Your first-aid kit contains two pints of coffee with an I.V. hookup.
You get a speeding ticket even when you're parked.
You answer the door before people knock.

My Desktop Cam is now working. I like this better than the webcam I had (which I barely turn it on now).
Oh no it's Monday already and I have to get up in 6 hours!!! The worse part of working is that I sit on my butt all day long and that I don't get paid for my lunch hour.
I was wondering why everybody has voicemail. Do you really get messages from strangers? Maybe the people I know will call me if I have a 1-800 number. They expect ME to make the call. Always. Not fair!

I'm thinking about combining my page with this blog. I've been neglecting my page lately and with work and all I don't get to update it as much.
Am I the only one that is so adicted to Burger King's Frozen Coke?? The employees at the BK around the corner may know me by now, since I go there every week.
New episodes of Sex in the City tonight at 9pm EST. yay! I was sick of watching the reruns on all the 3 HBO channels that I get.
